Pool Authority (also known as Bay Area Pool Authority) is a licensed swimming pool contractor based on North Nebraska Avenue in Lutz, FL. Led by owner John Skop, the company designs and builds new pools, renovates and resurfaces existing ones, and repairs the equipment that keeps them running — drawing on more than 32 years of pool-building experience in the Tampa Bay area.
New Pool Design & Construction
For homeowners, Pool Authority handles custom pool and spa projects from the first design concept through final completion, planning the pool around how the family actually wants to use the backyard.
